Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Junior Brand Manager will be be responsible to carry out Seagram’s projects, to execute strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Responsabilities:

  • Conduct brand analysis and support the creation of the annual strategic brand plan.
  • Project management to implement the brand strategy, working hand in hand with transversal teams and external agencies.
  • Lead Social Media and PR strategies working with the Digital & Comms team, to bring brand personality to life and achieve annual KPIs.
  • Actively participate in the development of ATL media campaigns with SBM
  • Lead the brand’s sports sponsorship and its activation across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the on-trade and off-trade departments to guarantee excellence in the execution of brand actions in these channels (on-packs, PoS visibility, promotions and consumers activations).
  • Support the development of new products and limited-editions with SBM and Industrial departments. Participate to their launch.
  • Track and report KPIs of each project, draw appropriate learnings and recommendations.
  • Budget management.

Required profile:

  • University degree. A master degree will be a plus.
  • English fluent. Other languages, French, will be a plus.
  • At least 1 year experience Junior Brand Manager or similar.
  • 2-3 professional experience in the field of brand management, preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Industry.
  • Willingness to take over responsibility and work in autonomy.
  • Team spirit.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business understanding and analytical thinking.
  • Creativity, ability to think "out-of-the-box" and propose new ideas.
  • Ability to manage budgets.

  • Digital and social media skills, with a sharp understanding of trends
  • Affinity with sports and sports sponsorships experience
