Meta Reality Labs is looking for an experienced individual to take on the role of Partner Enablement Manager for the DACH region. Reporting to the Director of Partner Enablement for Europe, this experienced executive will be responsible for Channel marketing operations including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. This exciting and crucial role will be responsible for driving and delivering our go-to-channel strategy with German retail partners with a particular focus on Mediamarkt.

The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships with Meta 3P Retail partners in the DACH region to drive the Meta hardware vision.



Responsibilities
Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Partner Enablement, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
* Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
* Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
* Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
* Taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects
* assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively
* Influencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organisational settings
* Managing, measuring and optimising marketing programs that drive results and improve efficiency
* Providing point-of-contact for Meta RL Marketing in relation to accounts managed
* Completing and examining campaigns and projects
* assessing problems and making decisions based on relevant information - including new or less-obvious solutions
* Providing active input during Partner Enablement goal creation process
* Influencing retail Partner Enablement team and accounts they support
* Building and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships while networking internally and externally with retailer marketing counterparts
* Participating actively in interviewing and onboarding of new employees

Qualifications
7+ years experience in a Retail leadership Partner Enablement role. Candidates should have a demonstrable record of achievement and success with a similar consumer technology brand
* 7+ years experience in building go-to-market strategy, planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels while managing large Partner Enablement budgets
* 7+ years experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), iCAC (Incremental Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples
* 7+ years experience working directly with retails in Germany selling consumer electronics products
* Demonstrable experience developing and executing digital currency programs and initiatives with a leading technology brand
* Analytical skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations
* Fluent English and German
* Experience working with visual merchandising and field services programs
* High quality presentation skills required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics Experience planning and managing cross-functional partner events with retailers
* Experience with a challenger/new business technology that may have changed the way people connect, work and socialise
