Description
Wexford Kia is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team!
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can perform all essential responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. In this role, you will manage warranty documentation, submit claims to the manufacturer or distributor, and ensure proper reconciliation of all related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately code and prepare warranty claims
- Submit claims to the manufacturer in a timely manner
- Review and manage warranty accounting schedules
- Post credit statements and parts invoices
- Prepare daily deposits for Service & Parts
