About the Role
Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations, including but not limited to internalizing disorders, externalizing disorders, trauma, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll use engaging, evidence-based individual, family, and parenting interventions to support positive skill development—making therapy meaningful and impactful.

Requirements
- Master’s-level Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) licensed in North Carolina (or eligible)
- 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
- Bilingual skills a plus
