Job Summary

• Provides technical validation and standardization across solution design, equipment approval, and service workflows to ensure compliance, performance, and readiness for Go Live.
• Supports presales, engineering, and operations through architecture reviews, HLD/LLD alignment, RFP/TOR verification, and standardized BoM development.
• Establishes competency frameworks and conducts capability assessments to strengthen Technical Implementation engineering quality and organizational technical excellence.

Job Description

• Technical Validation

Validate solution architectures and specifications to meet corporate standards, assess technical risks and compatibility, and provide expert recommendations to Presales, Engineering, and Vendors.

• End-to-End Services Verification

Verify service workflows, integration points, SLA readiness, and overall service performance before Go-Live, coordinating with Operations for service acceptance.

• Equipment Type Approval.

Conduct functional, performance, and security tests on new equipment, ensure compliance with internal standards, and issue approval reports with vendor follow-up.

• Product & Services Standardization.

Develop and maintain standardized product specifications, design templates, service guidelines, and manage product lifecycle alignment with best practices.

• Technical Implementation Engineer Competency.

Define competency frameworks, required certifications, technical criteria, and perform capability gap analysis to support skill development.

• RFP / TOR Verification

Review technical requirements for feasibility and compliance, ensuring alignment with standards and providing insights affecting cost, scope, and timelines.

• High-Level Design Insight Assistance

Review and validate HLD, offering architectural recommendations to enhance performance, stability, and scalability while ensuring compliance with standards.

• Pre–Low-Level Design Support

Translate HLD into structured LLD inputs, validate configuration baselines and equipment mapping, and close technical gaps before LLD creation.

• Standard Bill of Material (BoM) Development.

Create and maintain standardized BoM lists to ensure accuracy in equipment selection, reduce procurement errors, and keep BoM updated with new technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in computer engineering, IT, Cloud Computing, or related field.
• Experience: 8–10+ years in Cloud Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Validation, with strong exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and enterprise IT services.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security standards, networking, and solution validation practices.
• Analytical & Strategic Capability: Ability to assess technical risks, evaluate complex cloud solutions, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical subjects to diverse audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across engineering, security, presales, and operations teams and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with cloud governance and industry frameworks.
