Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Overnight All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This is a key role that ensures smooth overnight operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting various hotel functions.

  • Provide warm and professional service to all guests during the overnight shift.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.
  • Conduct night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions.
  • Maintain security standards and perform regular safety checks.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
