Cato Networks is looking for a Technical Program Management Lead to join the Cato team.

In this role, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure efficient planning, execution, and predictable delivery of one of Cato Networks’ product lines. You will drive end-to-end delivery processes, maintain visibility into progress and risks, and enable teams to execute successfully across the full Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Enable successful delivery of a portfolio of initiatives and features within a product domain

• Partner with Product and Engineering to build and maintain short- and long-term plans

• Drive execution throughout the SDLC, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are clearly managed

• Monitor roadmap progress and proactively remove impediments

• Enhance cross-team collaboration and alignment

• Provide clear visibility to stakeholders through KPIs, dashboards, and status reporting

• Promote predictable execution and continuous improvement of delivery processes

• Act as a servant leader and problem solver

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Product Owner / Project Manager / Delivery Lead

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and traditional project management approaches, with the ability to adapt between them

• Experience working in SaaS/Cloud development environments — Must

• Knowledge of software integration and delivery best practices

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git

• Technical background in QA / Automation / Software Engineering — Advantage
