ENTRY LEVEL
Renesas Electronics is seeking an early-career Digital Design Engineer to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role supports the development of Charger and PMIC devices for Tier 1 mobile customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design efficient digital blocks that meet functional, cost, power, and specification requirements.
- Develop TCL scripts and design constraints for CDC analysis, synthesis, DFT insertion, and static timing analysis.
- Support DFT strategy, implementation, and test case verification.
- Contribute to verification planning, feature extraction, and test development.
- Perform silicon evaluation as required.
- Document errata and support device modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with up to two years of experience, or a recent Master’s degree.
- Experience with SystemVerilog RTL and ASIC design methodologies.
- Familiarity with SystemVerilog Assertions and UVM is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient written and verbal English.
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally on short notice.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
