Job Description
As a member of the design team, you will:
Learn to design and create fun, immersive gameplay mechanics and/or meta-game features for racing games.
Balance gameplay and progression systems to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
Maintain clear and thorough design documentation.
Analyze and benchmark reference games to inform design decisions.
Qualifications
What you need to succeed
Eligible for an internship agreement with a School or University.
Basic knowledge of game design principles (3Cs, learning curves, difficulty balancing, pacing & progression, accessibility…).
Proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Intermediate level of English.
Able to visually communicate ideas using tools like Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, SketchUp, etc.
