To look after the overall quality parameters of the products
What you’ll do
- Testing and monitoring the quality of Milk and Milk product online samples.
- CCP monitoring and verification.
- Calibration of laboratory equipment as per frequency and update in LIMS.
- To follow GLP at workplace
- To maintain testing records and LIMS data entry.
- Dahi and Smoothie products coding verification.
- To check the GMP and Food Safety at production floor.
- To maintain 5’S at workplace.
- Co-ordination with internal and external department partners.
What you will need to succeed
- B. Tech Dairy Technology/Food Technology, B. Sc (Chemistry), M. Sc (Chemistry)
- 3 to 5 Years of experience
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Good technical decision making
- Compliance to SOP.
- Good knowledge of technology and quality
- Good team player
- Multitasking
