Job Description 1. Work directly with R&D members, sales, end users, and system integrators to provide expert support and demonstrate Flexiv robot's capabilities. This may be in the form of technical presentation, application feasibility study and analysis, programming support, training and trade show activities. 2. Propose concept and solution adapted to our range of robot with different technologies 3. Evaluate and manage the deployment of turnkey automation solutions 4. Report daily to the local manager to update status and availability 5. Communicate frequently with customers to ensure quality service is being applied 6. Implement, develop, test, debug and maintain robotic software modules 7. Provide Trainings to our customers and Integrators 8. Provide Programming and support Integrators for Programming of Flexiv Robots for projects 9. Manage After-Sales Service Support to customers and Integrators 10. Travel when required QualificationsRequirements 1. Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or Robotics related Engineering preferred. 2. 2+ years Robotics and/or Automation experience preferred. 3. Knowledge of and Great Interest in Robot Programming/Vision/Ecosystem preferred. 4. Passionate in Robotics and Automation and increasing Robotics adoption and deployment to improve people’s work and life. 5. Good Team Player, Organised and Customer-Centric Person.
