We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Finance Manager to lead our Group Finance function and strengthen our financial foundations for sustainable growth.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across Finance, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, commercial insight, and sustainable performance across the NHV Group.
As accountable lead for Group accounting and tax compliance, you will partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership to shape international strategy, manage financial risk, and drive organizational performance. You combine strategic vision with operational excellence, continuously enhancing finance processes, systems, and policies to improve efficiency, transparency, and control.
Responsibilities and areas
Finance Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Finance team.
Build a future-ready finance function aligned with business needs.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development.
Strategy, Governance & Policy Development
Develop and execute the Group finance vision and strategy.
Define and standardize Group accounting, tax, and transfer pricing policies.
Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across all entities.
Contribute to strategic planning and executive decision-making.
Partner with operational teams to drive performance and growth.
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
Oversee accurate and timely statutory and management reporting.
Lead consolidation across multiple legal entities.
Ensure integrity, transparency, and compliance in all reporting processes.
Act as primary contact for audits and external reviews.
Deliver high-quality financial analysis, insights, scenario planning, and advice on complex accounting and risk matters.
Process Improvement & Systems Optimization
Drive finance transformation and efficiency initiatives.
Optimise ERP systems and reporting tools.
Establish scalable processes for a dynamic international environment.
Ensure compliance with ISMS policies and safeguard company information and assets.
International Expansion & Compliance
Lead finance setup for new legal entities in collaboration with external advisors.
Ensure compliance with international tax frameworks and transfer pricing regulations.
Budget & Operational Management
Manage departmental budget and resource allocation.
Deliver finance outputs on time and to high quality standards.
Travel to operational bases as required.

Experience & Qualifications
Extensive senior-level finance leadership experience.
Strong expertise in financial reporting standards, tax legislation, and corporate governance.
Proven track record managing audits, risk frameworks, and internal controls.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Experience in strategic planning and business partnering within an international environment.
Professional finance qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred.
