About the Role Are you a sports enthusiast who loves helping people? As Decathlon’s online presence continues to boom across our official website, Shopee, and other digital platforms, we are looking for an energetic E-Commerce Customer Service to join our B2C Logistics team.

In this role, you are the digital face and voice of Decathlon. You will bridge the gap between our e-commerce operations, logistics center, and retail stores, ensuring that our online shoppers receive the exact same incredible experience as they would walking into one of our physical branches. If you love solving problems and turning frustrated online shoppers into loyal fans, this is the team for you!

What You Will Do

  • Digital Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for our online shoppers. Handle inquiries via live chat, social media, email, and phone with a helpful, energetic, and professional attitude.

  • E-Commerce Problem Solving: Efficiently investigate and resolve issues related to online orders, delivery tracking, logistics delays, payments, and product returns.

  • Be a Sports Expert: Provide personalized advice to help online customers choose the right gear and equipment for their sporting needs.

  • The Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer. Collect and share critical feedback with our e-commerce and logistics teams to improve our website experience and delivery operations.

  • Process Optimization: Participate in internal projects to optimize our customer service tools and communication workflows.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A Sports Enthusiast: You have a genuine passion for sports, an active lifestyle, and a team-player mindset.

  • A Natural Communicator: You possess excellent active listening skills and can communicate complex solutions simply and politely.

  • E-Commerce Savvy: You are comfortable navigating digital environments, managing multiple screens, and ideally have experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website backends) or logistics tracking.

  • A Solution-Oriented Mindset: You stay calm under pressure, love solving puzzles, and have a strong sense of service.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Thai with good conversational English.
