IT Supply Chain & Sales Director

We are seeking a visionary IT Supply Chain & Sales Director to bridge the gap between our
technical capabilities and business operations. This leadership role is designed for a strategic
professional who can manage IT demand from our Supply Chain & Sales operations while
leveraging a deep understanding of business processes to drive efficiency. You will lead a
dedicated IT team, ensuring that IT solutions are not just reactive, but forward-looking and
innovative.

 

Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Management: Act as the primary interface for the business to understand,
capture, and prioritize IT needs across Supply Chain and Sales functions.
- Leadership & Management: Provide direct oversight and mentorship to a team of IT
professionals, managing their performance and professional growth.
- Strategic Prioritization: Evaluate complex work demands and align IT resources with
the highest-value business initiatives.
- Business Innovation: Proactively identify and implement emerging IT solutions that
improve customer experience and streamline supply chain workflows.
- Forward-Looking Strategy: Anticipate future IT demand by staying ahead of industry
trends and evolving business requirements.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business leaders to ensure IT strategy is
fully integrated with operational goals.

 

Qualifications

 

Education & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT leadership specifically within a Supply Chain or Sales
environment.

- Experience in Sales operations or managing sales-related IT demand is highly
desirable.

 

Communication Skills:
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical
business stakeholders.
- Expertise in writing professional reports and strategic roadmaps.

 

Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure and supply chain software
ecosystems.

logistical challenges.
