Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer I to join our team!
Specifically, we're seeking a systems engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new capabilities in support of the current classification marking tool and the tool to be used to support M365 web based applications. The position involves documenting the full life cycle design, development and testing of policy-driven software across multiple fabrics. Looking for a candidate with a technical background with experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering. Must have the ability to document the tool and inner workings to include creating standard system engineering and test documentation. Attention to detail is needed to test new software releases and document results. The candidate should have the ability to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports.

Required:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Seven (7) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 12 years of experience
- Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
- Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
- Triage user issues
- Track and respond to user issues/questions
- Establish internal schedules and milestones
- Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
- Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
- Provide meeting minutes
- Abilit to test new configurations/software releases
- Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
- Track and report testing results
- Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations
