Nayax Lithuania EMI is now looking for an experienced BI Developer (m/f/d) to strengthen its team, full-time.  

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain BI infrastructure, including data models, ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Build and maintain data warehouses and data marts to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualizations using BI tools such as QlikView, Qlik Sense or Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions and data models.
• Conduct descriptive, diagnostic and exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
• Support AML, Compliance and Finance teams with data gathering, validation and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and compliance within an EMI/payments environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, IT and Marketing.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, performance and reporting efficiency.

• B.A / B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field – Must
• 1–3 years of experience in BI development, business intelligence or data analysis – Must
• Experience in the payments industry – Must
• Strong proficiency in SQL – Must
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL processes and data warehousing (Dimensional Modeling).
• Experience with BI tools such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python or R – Advantage
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and big data technologies – Advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
• Full professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
