As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will empower our Sales organization with the tools, training, and insights needed to drive consistent performance and revenue growth. You will apply your strong understanding of B2B sales and problem-solving mindset to translate strategy into practical, field-ready enablement that supports our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute pitch and product certifications. Track completion, measure impact, and drive accountability across teams
  • Manage and continuously improve structured, role-based onboarding programs to ensure fast and effective ramp-up
  • Plan and execute the enablement roadmap, including product updates, skill development sessions, and messaging improvements
  • Leverage sales data and call insights (e.g., Gong) to identify trends and gaps. Proactively launch initiatives to improve discovery, positioning, and overall sales effectiveness
  • Align enablement initiatives with business priorities and act as a trusted strategic partner to Sales leaders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Enablement in either Sales, CS, SDR, or Product
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and tools 
  • Experience using call analysis tools (e.g., Gong) to drive insights 
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset 
  • Strong project management and communication skills 
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
