  What’s the role?

As a Product Manager within the Strategy, Customer Acquisition & Retention Village, you will support the delivery of initiatives focused on broker and 1P customer retention, including rebates and targeted offers aligned to the Consumer Mortgages strategy.

You’ll lead delivery of campaigns and initiatives end to end, working closely with stakeholders across Digital, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Distribution, and Transformation. The role focuses on shaping and delivering retention activity, managing offer fulfilment, and ensuring all product changes meet risk and compliance requirements.

You’ll track performance against product OKRs, provide insights through reporting, and support continuous improvement across retention outcomes and customer experience.

This role is Sydney‑based and offered as a 12‑month fixed-term opportunity.


  What do I need?
  • Ideally a banking background with mortgage experience
  • Experience in product management, with end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives or campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams
  • Experience supporting risk and compliance requirements for product changes and campaigns
  • Ability to analyse data, prioritise work, and track performance against OKRs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Power BI (highly desirable)
