Tax Lead

• Manage and oversee all tax compliance and statutory reporting obligations of the company
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly and annual tax returns in accordance with prevailing Indonesian tax regulations
• Provide tax advisory support for business operations, new products, and strategic initiatives
• Assess and manage tax risks arising from domestic and cross-border transactions
• Lead and manage tax audits, disputes, and correspondence with tax authorities
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve tax policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support system enhancements and process improvements related to tax reporting and compliance
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Product, Operations) and external tax advisors
• Ensure proper documentation and readiness for tax reviews and regulatory requirements
• Utilize and optimize tax systems and applications, including Coretax and DJP Online

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• Brevet A, B & C certification is mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a corporate tax role, OR at least 3 years of experience in a tax consultant firm
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and laws
• Experience handling corporate tax compliance, tax audits, and advisory matters
• Proficiency in tax systems/applications (Coretax and DJP Online are mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze financial statements related to tax accounts
• High attention to detail with strong risk awareness
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
