The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Accounts Assistants with a proven track record in bookkeeping and month end process for multiple entities at Antler. Supporting the global finance team you will be responsible for daily operational bookkeeping, balance sheet reconciliations and the month end process for multiple regions.

Responsibilities
You will enjoy working in a busy and vibrant environment. You will be efficient with high level of attention to detail and responsible for: 
  • Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions for multiple entities
  • Processing cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as posting journal entries required.
  • Preparing and filing financial documents
  • Fact-checking accounting data
  • Reconciling company accounts
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • Experience in dealing with multi-currency - multi location order entry
  • ERP/ accounting software experience whether Xero/ QB / Sage etc is a must (NetSuite experience is a plus)
  • Efficient with high level of attention to detail 
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and energetic approach with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Multiple currency experience is a plus.
