机器人-灵巧手机械臂操作算法工程师ShenzhenIntelligent manufacturing / Industrial Internet / Industrial automation26届国内春招Responsibilities1. 参与机械臂操作模型方向的前沿算法研究,具体包括但不限于可泛化端到端操作算法、Sim-to-Real、Vision-Language-Action(VLA)模型等;
2. 跟踪和评估最新研究进展,设计和维护数据、算法闭环框架;
3. 协同工程团队推动机械臂操作的创新应用展示,形成工作影响力和价值。Qualifications1. 问题分析和解决能力,积极主动的学习意愿;
2. 计算机、机器人、自动化等相关专业本硕博学生;
3. 熟练掌握 Python/PyTorch 等编程语言和深度学习框架,有较强的工程实现能力;
4. 熟悉IsaacGym/Sim等主流仿真环境或框架者优先;
5. 熟悉 C++、CUDA、ROS,有真机系统上优化部署和开源项目复现经验可加分。Apply
