Security Officer - Lutherville Timonium, MD

Pay: $21.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to protect the premises from theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.

 

Duties
- Patrol assigned areas and perform security checks
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Write detailed incident reports

 

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation
- Strong conflict management skills
