Job Purpose: The Line Manager - Module Process leads Front and Back end of the manufacturing line. Focus on process control, resource optimization, safety compliance, process improvement, and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Process Management:
- Responsible for Front end and Back end process functioning and analysis. Responsible for customer satisfaction through providing the test results and reports. Weekly and monthly analysis and troubleshooting guidelines of all critical machine functioning in terms of process control.
Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources including equipment, materials, and personnel effectively to optimize process functioning.
Process Control:
- Implement and oversee process control measures to ensure solar panel meets quality standards and specifications.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and support supervisors, engineers, and technicians involved in all CTQ process testing and troubleshooting work.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements for a safe work environment.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports on process metrics, and communicate with stakeholders.

- Shift Engineers and Technicians within Module Process
- Production Managers
- Quality Assurance Managers
- Maintenance Managers

- Equipment Suppliers

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in engineering, management, or related field.
Work Experience (Range of years):
- 7-9 Years of experience in leading overall process function of manufacturing line within a solar manufacturing cluster.
