Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Card Disputes Officer, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Krakow. Together, we work on case handling of disputes from Norwegian issuers
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Support customers in minimizing losses related to third-party fraud with payment cards
- Support with customer communications via email and/or telephone according to KPIs and agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal parties, including other Customer Service teams, Fraud, and Legal departments or external parties such as vendor partners.
- Cooperate with colleagues, assist with ad hoc tasks, or perform any other functions requested by management.
- Translate Norwegian language communications to English
