We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Manager for our Operations team for the Lima, Peru plant!

GETTING A FLYING START
Define and direct the general policies of the maintenance area, according to the strategic objectives of the company, in order to ensure the correct performance of operations, maximizing the availability of machines and equipment based on efficient preventive maintenance, preserving the value of the facilities.
Likewise, through your maintenance management, you must guarantee the safety of people, prolong the useful life of assets, maintain acceptable performance and optimize inherent costs.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Design and direct the preparation of the Annual Maintenance Plan based on relevant data from manufacturers and performance indicators of the machines to optimize their availability and operability.
- Evaluate the efficiency of the Monthly Preventive Maintenance Programs on the performance of the machines and frequency of breakdowns, based on the notifications registered in SAP to improve the available time of the machines and equipment.
- Manage the annual budget of the maintenance area as well manage the costs of maintenance activities, based on Accounting reports to optimize the use of allocated resources.
- Manage the maintenance of all areas of the company based on the general policies of the area, in order to ensure the good condition of the machinery and equipment.
- Execute implementation and installation projects of new machinery, with the aim of guaranteeing compliance with productive activities.
- Review maintenance requests, customer purchase orders, tenders in order to analyze the actions to take to meet said requirements.
- Promote industrial excellence in all fields through world-class manufacturing techniques, adopting an attitude of continuous improvement and implementing Nexans Excellence Way methodologies.

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN
- Education: Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Electric Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, others.
- Experience: Between 5 or 7 years of relevant experience in plant operations areas as a Maintenance Leader or experience in companies related to energy, metal mechanics, construction.
- Language: Intermediate English (mandatory).
