About the Job

As a Site Operations Coordinator, you would ensure product readiness, drive content accuracy, support merchandising activation, and contribute to the operational excellence of all our marketplace channels while owning the end‑to‑end product onboarding process. You would also ensure flawless product execution and optimization, elevate brand visibility, and drive conversion through a seamless, high‑performing digital consumer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Product Readiness & Operational Support

  • Lead and execute product onboarding through designated integrators and marketplace systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data ahead of seasonal deadlines.
  • Monitor and validate product listings (attributes, descriptions, imagery) to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Identify discrepancies or errors and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency and marketplace readiness.

Content, Assets & Image Management

  • Manage the upload and validation of product imagery and digital assets across partner platforms (focus on Zalando, Amazon, ASOS), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in resolving image‑related or content‑related issues, coordinating with internal content and creative teams.
  • Track asset availability and support the preparation of enhanced content to improve brand presentation and consumer engagement.

Merchandising & Front‑End Execution

  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of Levi’s brand spaces, brand shops, and PDPs across key marketplace partners.
  • Contribute to seasonal merchandising updates, including taxonomy improvements and execution of promotional activities.
  • Assist in monitoring platform trading metrics to help identify opportunities to improve conversion and onsite performance.

Cross‑Functional & Partner Coordination

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for marketplace partners regarding product data, content queries, and operational topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Go Ops, Merch, Marketing, Planning) to ensure alignment on product readiness and seasonal priorities.
  • Provide analytical and operational support for team projects, business reviews, reporting, and marketplace optimization initiatives.

About You

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, merchandising, or digital content coordination.
  • Experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industries is beneficial.
  • Experience with marketplace tools (zDirect, Seller Central, Mirakl) is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with BI tools (LookerStudio, PowerBI)
  • Basic understanding of digital systems such as DAM, PIM, CMS, or commerce platforms (e.g., Hybris, Salsify).
  • Good understanding of core eCommerce trading KPIs (sellthrough, MD%, conversion, ROI)
