Position title: Solution Specialist - Python Developer
Job Profile: Application Development – T4
Job Description
As part of the Global Innovation team, you will contribute to automation, AI/ML integration, product design, and new solution rollouts. This role offers exposure to advanced tools and technologies in a collaborative, multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Python-based applications and APIs.
- Design and implement efficient data pipelines for analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Work with DevOps teams to automate deployment and monitoring.
- Integrate AI/ML components into applications where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices: testing, documentation, secure coding.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python development experience.
Must‑Have Skills
- Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
- Backend development experience (FastAPI preferred).
- Familiarity with dataframe libraries (Polars or similar).
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (PRs, branching strategies).
- Understanding of software engineering principles and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts.
- PySpark for large-scale data processing.
- CI/CD setup experience (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with orchestrators (Dagster or similar)
