Job Description
- Leading a team in conducting time and motion studies and balancing operator workloads to align with takt time.
- Presenting station readiness and line balance plans to steering committees and core launch teams.
- Conducting throughput and bottleneck analysis to eliminate constraints.
- Providing direction to Station Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams.
- Validating PFMEA and process documentation, and leading continuous improvement (Kaizen) workshops.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 year of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and lean manufacturing principles
