My name is Cecilia Rudeberg. I am the Manager of Business Control for Online & Relation Sales. As a leader, I strive to create a clear, supportive, and coaching environment where we continuously grow and succeed together as a team.
Your role & influence as Business Controller
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for acting as a strategic business partner to managers and senior leadership, with a strong focus on driving performance and insights within the sales area.
Collaboration:Together with your team, you take care of financial planning, analysis, and follow-up. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Sales and Operations to ensure aligned strategies and informed decision-making.
Core activities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business objectives
Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making
Monitor and manage P&L, ensuring cost control and identifying opportunities for margin improvement
Develop and deliver clear financial reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and support governance requirements

For this role specific you can expect:
You will receive €0.26 per kilometre travel allowance or a complete public transport compensation
Home working allowance of €2,35 per work-at-home day, paid monthly
