As an Agency Solution Manager at Meta, you will be a key driver of performance marketing within our agency ecosystem. With a proven understanding of Meta's advertising platforms, digital commerce landscape, and experience in data analysis, this role is responsible for supporting the Agency team to build platform expertise and drive business growth in the agency ecosystem.
We are seeking candidates who have hands-on experience with Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) and understanding of how agencies and commerce ecosystems operate. Success in this position requires consultative sales, analytical, and technical skills, combined with the ability to synthesize disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations. Responsibilities
Account Management - Support the development and execution of account strategies to drive agency growth and Meta product adoption - Identify business opportunities using market insights with guidance from experienced team members - Build and maintain positive relationships with agency stakeholders
* Consultative Sales & Solutions - Leverage Meta product knowledge to provide agencies with actionable insights that improve advertiser outcomes - Support business reviews and use data to inform agency strategies, with a focus on commerce and performance marketing solutions - Apply a consultative approach to solve agency challenges under the guidance of experienced colleagues
* Cross-Functional Collaboration -Coordinate with internal teams (both local and global) to deliver integrated solutions for agencies -Communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders across regions to resolve agency issues and escalate as needed -Actively learn from peers and seek feedback to improve performance
* Operational Rigor -Manage assigned projects to achieve operational goals -Follow and contribute to internal processes and tools to enhance agency performance -Stay informed of industry trends, commerce ecosystem developments, and Meta product updates
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media agency account management, ad-tech, or a related data-driven industry (e-commerce, CPG, retail, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with Meta advertising products (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads Manager, Business Manager, etc.) or equivalent digital advertising platforms
* Understanding of the agency industry landscape and their business model in Korea
* Analytical skills with ability to use data to inform recommendations
* Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to audiences
* High-level fluency in English and Korean languages, both verbal and written, to comfortably directly interact and collaborate in a dynamic work environment with multinational speaking teams and external clients Meta Blueprint certification or equivalent digital advertising certifications
* Knowledge of the Korean commerce ecosystem, including major e-commerce platforms, agency dynamics, and retail trends
* Experience working in multicultural, cross-regional team environments
* Project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments
* Eagerness to develop expertise and accept more responsibility
