Your primary objective is to develop and execute effective sales strategies, targeting potential customers and converting leads into successful mortgage applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create effective sales campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of ethical standards in sales practices.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
