We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Officer to join our Digital Banking Kotak 811-VKYC team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the Video Know Your Customer (VKYC) process, ensuring a smooth and secure onboarding journey. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our digital banking services and driving sales for the bank.
  • Assist customers in completing the VKYC process, offering step-by-step guidance and support.
  • Ensure a secure and compliant onboarding experience, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Act as a sales representative, promoting and cross-selling Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the VKYC team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide valuable customer insights.
  • Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience throughout the onboarding journey.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or customer service.
