The Associate Process Manager collaborates closely with other Associate Process Managers to plan and coordinate activities in alignment with team and organizational objectives. This role is responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve performance targets and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management and clients. The Associate Process Manager oversees day-to-day operations, including training, development, safety, and overall team well-being, to ensure a productive and supportive work environment. The role requires providing strong leadership and mentorship while fostering a culture of teamwork, cooperation, and continuous improvement.
The Associate Process Manager ensures full compliance with company policies, procedures, departmental work instructions, and industry standards. They set, monitor, and manage measurable KPIs and work standards, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves developing and implementing structured training and development plans for both the manager and team members to strengthen skills, improve adaptability, and ensure coverage during absences. Additionally, the Associate Process Manager delivers timely and constructive feedback to drive continuous learning and performance improvement.
Clear and consistent communication is a key responsibility, including cascading management updates, Human Resources initiatives, and other organizational information to the team. The Associate Process Manager regularly updates Senior Process Managers and relevant stakeholders on progress, challenges, risks, and resource needs. They are accountable for ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and meet required quality standards to satisfy both internal and client expectations, while also performing other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives.
