Job Description
Dinamic AS Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and communication flows seamlessly between departments and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of ongoing projects from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and documentation
Monitor project progress and report on milestones, deliverables, and risks
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
Prepare reports, presentations, and project summaries for leadership
Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
Identify potential bottlenecks and propose efficient solutions
Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
