Job Description
• Coordinate daily operations of the Engineering Department
• Track department expenses, including P&L monitoring and reporting
• Prepare, compile, and submit Sustainability and Energy reports
• Maintain and manage all departmental documentation and records
• Cooperate and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and timely maintenance execution
• Assist in implementing energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and vendors as required
• Support any additional engineering or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
• Able to speak and write in Thai fluently
• Basic understanding of departmental P&L tracking and reporting
• Interest or exposure in Sustainability and Energy management
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Flexible with working hours as required by hotel operations
