Minimum 5 years of work experience as a design engineer, preferably in automotive OEM or Tier1, with a major in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; 2. Proficient in the vehicle development process and validation principles; experienced in motor design and development workflows; forward-looking perspective on industry trends in motor design; capable of creatively proposing concept design to specific requirements; 3.
