小米汽车-汽车AI Agent算法工程师南京社招全职职位 ID：A95239职位描述1. 应用包括大模型、Agent、多模态等在内的 AI 技术，推进整车软件的数据化和智能化；
2. 根据Agent应用场景需求搭建Agent框架，工作内容包括算法开发、模型训练、数据处理、服务部署等；
3. Agent场景下模型能力提升，优化模型对指令的遵循能力，包括但不限于人物设定、输出格式、工作流程等；
4. 掌握并应用大模型的最新研究和应用实践，推动团队技术的不断更新。职位要求1. 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；
2. 至少拥有3年以上相关领域工作经验，有大模型成功项目案例者；
3. 对AI技术、大模型有深入的理解，熟悉常见的机器学习框架、算法、Prompt优化方法；
4. 有post-training、Single Agent 、Multi Agent及数据处理经验者优先，有强化学习训练经验者；
5. 有Agent平台/应用开发经验者优先，熟悉coze，dify，langflow等开发平台，了解RAG、Agent机制，使用过langchain等开源系统，有prompt工程业务优化经验者；
6. 出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神。投递
