  • Refactor and migrate legacy logic to modern frameworks as needed
  • Contribute to code reviews, team knowledge sharing, and maintain source control hygiene (Git)
  • Use AI coding agents and adhere to internal code quality standards
  • Troubleshoot issues across the stack and contribute to agile team delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proficient in .NET Core / C# and supporting .NET framework for web/API development
  • Strong database skills: modeling, querying, and basic performance tuning of relational databases
  • Proficient in JavaScript; familiar with at least one framework (such as jQuery or Angular)
  • Understanding of architecture layers (services, APIs, web, data)
  • Ability to read and implement wireframes, data models, and work with technical documentation
  • Experience with Git or similar source control in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work with AI-driven coding agents and maintain code quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, and modern front-end stack
  • Experience with CSS/UX, Figma, or related design tools
  • Exposure to mobile application patterns (Android, iOS, React Native)
  • Willingness and ability to learn new languages (e.g., Java, Python)
  • Familiar with CI/CD practices and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
  • Experience working with integrated systems or data flows
