Key Responsibilities
Create and develop travel content (visual and copy) for the North America Market, including engagement initiatives and channel management.
Define, execute, and manage organic and paid social media strategies to boost brand visibility and awareness; maintain a content calendar focused on employer branding, thought leadership, and product marketing.
Meet annual communications targets and enhance activities through regular KPI analysis and optimization.
Assist sales team with presentations, content review, and asset development.
Provide business reports as needed.
Requirements
To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Over three years of professional experience in communications.
Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
Advanced writing and editing abilities.
Demonstrated experience in communication and marketing campaigns.
Strong design sensibility, including presentations, email banners, and newsletters.
Proven ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, presentation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong track record of executing initiatives effectively.
Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, as well as Vimeo, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
