Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
Drawing up a warehouse plan for the plant in collaboration with the points of contact and whilst complying with the CU specifications
Ensuring compliance with standards and optimisation measures relating to goods receipt, warehouse management, materials handling internally within the company and the dispatch areas
Carrying out inventory checks in the logistics areas, as well as regularly and annually taking the inventory count in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager
Organising, providing and disposing of containers (both reusable and disposable packaging) for Production
Generating 8D reports in the event of quality complaints in the assigned area in collaboration with the Quality department
Identifying and incorporating continuous improvements in the assigned area
Helping to achieve the company's targets, such as optimising warehouse capacities and the inventory and reducing logistics costs
Reporting the KPIs as specified by the CU, incl. initiating the relevant measures
Tracking and ensuring compliance with the 5S methodology in the warehouse
Carrying out SAP checks on material movements to compare the inventory in the system with the actual inventory
Responsible for organising the environmentally friendly disposal of production waste
Ensuring that material is stored properly based on internal specifications and defined CU standards
Reducing the dwell and waiting time for trucks, incl. efficiently managing the dock and yard
