Collaborate with the onshore Marketing Operations team to assist in the creation and implementation of Tactic records for both campaigns and projects with varying durations
•Manage marketing campaigns: Add tactic details in Salesforce following internal standards. Update event and campaign records on Orchestrate and Salesforce. Experience with data entry is preferred
•Review for data consistency across multiple platforms and making necessary updates
•Daily monitoring of submissions on internal platform for new activity
•Develop reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing tactics, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization
•Regularly review campaign outcomes and processes to suggest improvements, ensuring tactics align with best practices and marketing goals
•Ensure all tactics adhere to the Firm's standards, industry regulations, and are accurately documented for audits and future reference
•Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new processes, technologies, and best practices
•Perform data validation and reach out to key stakeholders to rectify inconsistencies or missing information
•Manage marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity between Engage and Orchestrate
•Manage the dedicated mailbox and internal platform for new requests and activities
•Provide other marketing operations support required by business stakeholders
•Integrate best practices in marketing operations for continuous improvement
•Independently execute low to mid complexity projects and problems

Educational qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputed institute
Work experience
0 to 1 year of business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (experience in a professional services firm or in B2B marketing would be advantageous)
