We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support and optimize key fulfillment operations. This role is critical in driving data-informed decision-making and continuous process improvement across quality, inventory, and fulfillment workflows. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis to identify trends, implement solutions, and enhance operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time role and will be based in Lehi, UT..

What is a day in the life of an Operations Data Analyst?

  • Provide weekly reporting on warehouse defects and provide recommendations to improve quality initiatives.
  • Design and manage a streamlined process for generating, tracking, and delivering quality feedback.
  • Develop and report on KPIs that provide insight into inventory reconciliation and inventory count defects.
  • Analytics support for quality and fulfillment initiatives, including designing automated workflows, identifying data pipelines and creating research tools for the operations organization.
  • Assist with SKU level data analytics and provide recommendations to the team on catalog expansion.
  • Partnering with other internal departments to drive increased SKU count, volume, and sales generated by fulfillment activities in a scalable way.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or Information Systems, Computer Science
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and AI tools
  • Willingness to take initiative and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and relevant KPIs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support and motivate staff in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • 0-2 years experience

  • Consistently delivering accurate, actionable data insights that drive measurable improvements in quality, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
  • Developing efficient, sustainable reporting and feedback processes that facilitate continuous operational improvement.
  • Quickly identifying trends, root causes, and anomalies, and clearly communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Maintaining high data integrity and ensuring analysis is both timely and relevant to evolving business needs.
  • Enabling leadership and frontline teams to make informed decisions through clear, concise, and impactful reporting.

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?

  • In the first 30 days: Gain foundational knowledge by familiarizing yourself with databases and warehouse management software, and meeting the Operations team. You will begin running weekly defect reports while conducting a deep dive into current quality, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
  • By 60 days: Take full ownership of core weekly defect reporting and apply your SQL and Python skills to initial data analysis. You will also begin designing the streamlined quality feedback process and identifying initial recommendations for process improvements.
  • By 90 Days: Drive strategic impact by creating visibility into opportunities across various teams. Have strong enough process knowledge to help drive mechanisms to solve problems. Create visibility tools and dashboards which are utilized by multiple teams to execute at a high level.

What is the team like?

  • You will be part of a collaborative operations team that includes the Supply Chain Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations. Together, you will expand internal operations initiatives and work closely to solve key quality and fulfillment challenges across the organization.
