Job Description

The Performance Marketing & Digital Analytics Specialist is the growth and measurement engine behind our digital marketing and customer experience ecosystem at Electro-Voice & Dynacord — two of the most trusted brands in professional sound.

This role goes far beyond reporting and dashboards. It combines performance marketing execution, marketing technology ownership, and advanced analytics to ensure every digital initiative is measurable, optimized, and continuously improving — helping connect a legendary past with a powerful, future-focused vision.

Join our team of marketers and play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital and brand transformation. Working closely with brand, content, campaign, and digital teams, you will plan, launch, track, test, and continuously refine marketing programs across the entire customer journey — from awareness to conversion and retention. You will own and evolve the technical tracking foundation (GA4, GTM, data layers), manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, and translate behavioral and performance data into clear, actionable insights that directly improve traffic quality, engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

We are not looking for a pure analyst. We are looking for a builder + operator + optimizer — someone who understands marketing strategy, can implement and manage the technology stack hands-on, and uses data to actively drive measurable growth. Someone ready to shape the future of digital marketing performance while representing one of the most trusted names in professional sound and helping carry its heritage into the next era of innovation.

  • Optimize full-funnel performance — from traffic acquisition and engagement to lead generation and conversion
  • Monitor and improve channel effectiveness across paid media, organic, email, website, and content
  • Design and run growth experiments, A/B tests, and rapid performance iterations
  • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify friction points, drop-offs, and UX optimization opportunities

  • Identify content gaps and opportunities based on search and behavioral data
  • Partner with content and UX teams to improve discoverability and engagement
  • Track key performance indicators including funnel metrics, engagement behavior, Core Web Vitals, and on-site performance

Marketing Analytics, Data Infrastructure & Measurement Strategy

  • Own the governance, implementation, and continuous optimization of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem
  • Design and maintain scalable tracking frameworks, including events, conversions, and a clean, well-documented data layer architecture
  • Ensure data quality and consistency through audits, troubleshooting, and collaboration with BI and data engineering teams on ingestion, modeling, and warehousing
  • Manage integrations across analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and BI platforms to enable connected, end-to-end measurement
  • Define and standardize KPI frameworks, aligning digital performance metrics with broader business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, retention)
  • Develop self-service dashboards and insight-driven reporting that translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders
  • Enable advanced measurement approaches, including multi-touch attribution, marketing effectiveness modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven experience performance tracking
