Job Summary :

The Junior Treasury Data Analyst supports the Senior Treasury Data Analyst in managing data processes, reporting, and automation within Treasury Operations. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, developing and preparing reports, and assisting with automation projects while gaining exposure to advanced treasury analytics and systems.

What will you do?
Support Operational Execution

• Support daily liquidity management processes across global and local cash pools; deliver actionable insights to support funding and investment decisions.
• Support preparation of advanced daily/monthly cash and debt reports for senior management.
• Support coordinating global cash pooling and netting activities, including compliance, fraud inquiries, and settlement issue resolution.
• Administer Treasury Applications, maintain basic and advanced static data, and manage approval workflows.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Contribute to automation initiatives by documenting workflows and testing RPA solutions.
• Assist in identifying manual processes suitable for automation.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare standard dashboards and reports using BI tools and Excel.
• Support data validation and quality checks for Treasury systems.
• Learn and apply SQL, Python, or R for basic data tasks under Senior Analyst guidance.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Senior Analyst and Treasury teams to meet deadlines and deliver accurate outputs.

What we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in data analytics and data modelling (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Python/R is a plus.
• Interest in automation and process optimization.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and willingness to learn.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to independently develop scalable, reliable solutions and explore innovative approaches to business challenges.
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
