What You’ll Do

• Gather and extract data from various reports and documents.

• Organize and accurately enter information into spreadsheets and internal systems.

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of the data.

• Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and improve workflows.

• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or data gaps and proactively flag them for resolution.

• Support the transformation of raw data into structured, actionable files.

What You’ll Bring

• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level), both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Ability to work effectively in remote and multicultural environments.

• Fast learner with a proactive mindset and willingness to adapt to new tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• No prior professional experience required; a proactive attitude is essential.
