Responsibilities

• Finance operations including AP, AR, Bank and Payment, Treasury, Interco cross charge with support from Poland Shared Service Center (EBS)

• Month end close and reporting package, providing instructions to EBS and reviewing their output

• Handle annual statutory audit, tax filing and other statutory reporting

• Perform Internal control assessment per the Group requirement

• Perform any ad hoc assignments or projects, as assigned

• Act as Office Manager and provides administrative support to Vietnam office

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies

• Degree in Business/Finance discipline, qualified accountant with audit experience

• Certificate: Qualified Accountant

• 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in MNCs

• Able to manage full set of local book, statutory and tax reporting

• Hands on and self-motivated

• A team player with ability to collaborate/communicate across functions/organizations

• Good knowledge of excel

• Fluent English
