Currently, we are interviewing for a Men's Spa & Laundry Attendant to join our talented team in Santa Monica! In this position, you will be responsible for laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and - above all else - working to maintain a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment.

To quality for this position, you MUST be able to:

• Speak with others using a clear and professional language; Must be able to fluently communicate in English

• Work flexible hours which include weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures including, but not limited to, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation

• Support the team to reach common goals

• Be focused, energetic, and have strong attention to detail

• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional

• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries is preferred
