Network Engineer

Job Description

• Manage network services to meet defined SLAs/OLAs
• Coordinate with external service providers as required
• Monitor and maintain the stability of the network infrastructure
• Perform incident and change management activities
• Document network infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures
• Provide 24×7 on-call support as part of a rotation
• Implement new network services/systems where required
• Report on network service performance and availability
• Conduct capacity planning for network resources
• Apply ITIL-based processes to the network environment
• Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
• Organize trainings and workshops on network-related topics
• Support the implementation of the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope
• Define security concepts for network services in collaboration with the Cyber Security team

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a firewall administrator and network engineer, ideally in a multinational environment
• Certifications: CCNA (or equivalent) 
• Proven ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Strong skills in preparing and executing changes with accuracy and reliability
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities in network services and processes
• Self-driven, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Experienced in collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams
