Prematch Trader - Peru

Oddin.gg is the global leader in B2B esports betting solutions.We deliver an end to end ecosystem to bookmakers across the globe, helping them attract a new generation of bettors, drive betting volumes 24/7, and improve sportsbook profitability.
We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS2, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like EA FC 24 (soccer), NBA 2K (basketball), Cricket 22 and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.
With a team of 300 plus people across Europe, Asia, and LATAM, Oddin.gg is growing fast and is now looking for a Prematch Trader to strengthen our trading operations.
Your position on the boardAs a Prematch Trader, you will support our Prematch trading team by operating esports events for clients worldwide through our proprietary trading platform. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance of prematch odds while working closely with a highly collaborative international team.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for esports.

• Track and analyze esports matches across assigned titles
• Monitor and manage esports prematch lines
• Create and adjust odds and actively participate in odds modelling
• Apply deep esports knowledge to prematch events and market decisions
• Continuously educate yourself on esports titles, teams, and competitive environments
• Test new markets and discuss findings and improvements with the team
• Contribute to the development of new trading projects within esports
• Research and assess valuable information related to players, teams, and competitions

What do we expect from you

• Strong knowledge of one or two major esports titles such as Dota 2, LoL, CS GO, Valorant, R6, or CoD
• Ability to analyze markets and data and draw sound conclusions
• Confident decision making based on multiple information sources
• Proactive mindset with daily information seeking habits
• High level of reliability and accountability
• Time flexibility to support global operations
• Daily communication in English with internal teams and clients

You will impress us if you have:
• Previous experience in the betting industry, ideally esports betting
• Experience in a similar trading or analytical role
