Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, monitoring system performance, and addressing any operational challenges that arise. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization and its clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of access control policies and procedures. - Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements. - Experience in managing privileged accounts and credentials. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
